All 3 floors of The John Sherman Cooper Community Arts Center will be populated with vendors and special guests as well as an outdoor area provided by Citizens National Bank dubbed “Cooper Village” with many local vendors and food trucks!
Parking will be provided by First Baptist Church in their south lot (Look for the signs!)
All overflow parking will be directed to The Pulaski County Judicial Center.
